Common Standards In Stock

Crossing panels are produced to Common Standards and inventoried for immediate shipment.

These panels are either 8’ 1 ½”, 9’ 0”, or 10’ 0” length and can be for 8’ 6”, 9’ 0”, or 10’ 0” wood, composite, plastic, steel, or concrete ties. They are manufactured to the most stringent specifications of the Class I railroads. Testing is performed on each and every panel to insure that it meets these specifications.

  • Supplier must be PCI certified to the MNL 116 – Quality Control for Plants and Production of Precast Prestressed Concrete Products.
  • Supplier must be certified to the M-1003 Quality Assurance Standard of the Association of American Railroads (AAR).
  • Supplier must provide Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for each item produce as directed by the Railroad Engineer.
